Just because you put a TM at the end of your business name doesn’t mean anyone would ever in a million years consider stealing your business name.

They couldn’t call it “twin donuts” (plural) because then it would make everyone think of tits or balls. Hmmm, let me rephrase… They should’ve named it “twin donuts” to make everyone think of tits or balls.
